Shipping & Delivery
We offer quick and reliable shipping via several methods. We prefer to ship parts and smaller items via UPS. We can also use USPS for lighter packages, or to ship to a Post Office box if required. For larger truck freight shipments we will use R&L Carriers. For any special arrangements, please call our toll-free number and make arrangements for pick up at a freight depot, or a package transfer station if shipping into Canada.
We will try and ship your order as soon as possible, and we will contact you if we anticipate any delay. Once your order ships we will provide a tracking number so that you can anticipate the arrival of your order.
Please note that if we receive your order after 1:00 pm EST it may ship the next business day. UPS Next Day Air, or 2nd Day Air arrival times are calculated from the day the shipment leaves the warehouse, and not necessarily the day you place your order. We will contact you if there is any delay in getting your shipment out the door.
We do not ship to Canada unless you have a customs broker, or can make arrangements to pick up the goods on the US side of the border and handle the customs clearance independently. For all Canadian customers, please contact us to make arrangements for shipping. Freight charges to Canada will not be calculated automatically at check out.
